We provide drop-in pet sitting, dog walking, overnight stays, pet adventure field trips, freshwater aquarium care, exotic pet care (including nail trims), and basic grooming services such as bathing, drying, brushing, tidying paw pads, trimming nails, and simple teeth brushing.

Yes! We’re fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays and weekends. Last-minute requests are welcome if we have availability.
Access, Home, & Special Requests
We can use a lockbox, garage code, keyless entry, or a spare key—whichever you’re most comfortable with. We’ll discuss your preference during your consultation.
Absolutely! After overnight service, we’ll wash sheets and tidy the guest area to ensure you have nothing to worry about upon returning!
Yes! Litter boxes, yard poop scooping, and cage cleaning for small animals are all included as part of our standard care.
Definitely. We’re happy to water plants, bring in packages/mail, rotate lights, and take out trash/recycling at no extra charge.

Pet Care & Safety
We care for dogs, cats, small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc), reptiles, birds, and freshwater aquariums. If you have a unique pet, just ask!
Yes, we can give most oral and topical medications. Please provide clear instructions and let us know about any special needs.
Absolutely. We have experience with pets of all ages and health conditions. We’ll create a care plan that fits your pet’s needs.
We’ll contact you right away and get your pet to your preferred vet or the nearest animal hospital if needed. We keep your emergency contacts and vet info on file.
All team members are background-checked, trained, and follow specific safety procedures to ensure your pet’s safety at all times. Your pet’s well-being is always our top priority.
Communication & Updates
Yes! You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for.
Of course! We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet so you and your pets can get comfortable with us.
Our team consists of trained, background-checked professionals who love animals. You’ll always know who is scheduled for your visits. They go through a stringent vetting process, including a phone interview, reference checks, an in-person interview, and a background check. Teammates are required to have pet experience to work with us.
We understand plans change. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid fees. More notice may be required for holidays or extended stays. If there is an emergency circumstance, we handle fee waivers on a case by case basis.
All keys and codes are stored securely and labeled anonymously. We never share your information and return keys promptly when service ends.
Billing, Pricing, & Policies
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash, and Integrity Pet Care gift cards. Invoices are sent electronically for your convenience.
For dogs, we require a minimum of 2 visits per day for drop ins while you are away. For cats, we require a minimum of 1 visit per day while you are away.
