⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience with Integrity Pet Service! Lyssa and her team took amazing care of our two cats while we were away, and we came home to our house looking exactly as we had left it. Our cats were well cared for, fed right on schedule, and happy and completely at ease when we returned home. Every day, we received an update along with photos of our cats, which truly put my mind at ease and allowed us to enjoy our time away without worrying about them. Lyssa and her team are professional, caring, dependable, and genuinely so nice to work with. It’s such a relief knowing that we now have a reliable team we can trust with both our home and our pet family. We will absolutely use Integrity Pet Service again and won’t hesitate to go out of town knowing our cats are in such good hands. Highly recommend!

I recently relocated to the area with a less than 2 year old working line GSD and I am very careful who watches him/ maintaining his routine/boundaries. Integrity is excellent!! It is very clear how much Lyssa cares about the standards her company maintains and excellent service they provide. She as well as her team are excellent communicators and are exceptionally accommodating to tweaks in the care that need to be made or even last minute booking requests. I would not be able to maintain my job hours during the week if not for their support with my dog. I highly recommend them for any and all pet services!

Lyssa and her team are amazing! They are compassionate, well organized and reliable. I was so happy to find them and use their dog walking services. They communicate well and also have a great app. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a trusted partner for pet care!

As a new chicken keeper, I was very anxious about leaving my flock to travel for an extended time period. Fortunately, I found Integrity Pet Care. I was immediately comfortable upon meeting Lyssa, at our initial consultation, in which she asked many relevant questions, some I hadn’t even thought about, and took very detailed notes. I was then provided with a comprehensive pet care plan along with information about the team who would be assigned to my girls. Throughout my time away, the team sent thorough updates that were beautifully written, along with photos, after every visit. They also took the time to inspect my garden, water my plants, and bring in the mail. They went above and beyond to care for my girls, and to put me at ease. I arrived home to find my flock healthy and thriving, thanks to their expert care. I am so grateful to have found Integrity Pet Care and will definitely rebook in the future.

Integrity does dog walking and cat sitting for me and my pets get the best care from them when I’m not home. I get detailed updates, which I love reading when I’m at work, knowing my little ones are getting so much attention. I love how easy it is to schedule and pay online too. Its awesome being able to have drop ins or walking services. All the sitters are so kind and very respectful of our home and property. Super glad I found them! I plan on using them for a long time!

We used Integrity for our pets while we were at my son's wedding. From the start I knew my babies were going to be fine. We got a detailed care plan from the start and photos and text at each visit. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a sitter!!! Five stars and more.

I cannot say enough good about the care my dog received. She is very aloof and they won her over almost immediately. They were so professional and caring and I felt they went the extra mile to make her feel safe. I completely trust Lyssa and her crew and will use them every time. They get my highest recommendation!!

We booked an overnight stay for our female German Rotty, Paris, and the service was solid from start to finish. Paris is a big, strong girl who doesn't warm up to just anyone, but Ashley handled her confidently and calmly. She stuck to Paris's schedule—meals, cuddles, playtime—and sent regular updates with photos so we knew everything was fine. Lyssa, the owner, was quick to respond during booking and followed up appropriately. When we got back, Paris was relaxed, the house was clean, and there were no issues at all. It's clear they know how to manage larger breeds properly and treat the dogs well without overdoing it. Reliable, professional, and effective—exactly what we needed. They're helping us again next month. 5 stars!

We just moved to Leland NC from Long Island NY and had the pleasure of using Integrity Pet Care on Thanksgiving Day 2025. We chose the Drop In visits. We learned about Integrity Pet Care after a neighbor's recommendation. Lyssa and her team went above and beyond that began with an introduction visit with our 2 large, older dogs and very shy cat. Lyssa is a very caring and pet loving person who goes above and beyond to make sure our pets were taken good care of. She followed all of our care instructions to the tee and even sent pictures and updates after each drop in visits. It was a huge relief to us since it was the first time leaving our dogs for 24-hours in our new NC home. We're definitely using Integrity Pet Care again and would highly recommend them. I give them 10 stars!
