We just moved to Leland NC from Long Island NY and had the pleasure of using Integrity Pet Care on Thanksgiving Day 2025. We chose the Drop In visits. We learned about Integrity Pet Care after a neighbor's recommendation. Lyssa and her team went above and beyond that began with an introduction visit with our 2 large, older dogs and very shy cat. Lyssa is a very caring and pet loving person who goes above and beyond to make sure our pets were taken good care of. She followed all of our care instructions to the tee and even sent pictures and updates after each drop in visits. It was a huge relief to us since it was the first time leaving our dogs for 24-hours in our new NC home. We're definitely using Integrity Pet Care again and would highly recommend them. I give them 10 stars!
WOW! We have lived all over the globe, and our pets have never been more loved, and taken care of during a trip away. Lyssa and her crew did a great job watching my fur babies. I got updates every visit through the app, and they sent lots of pictures. It felt like they were well taken care of. I would highly recommend for your pet sitting needs!

My dog takes a while to warm up to new people and can be hesitant to go outside without a lot of encouragement. Every sitter has been patient, gentle, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to comfort him, talk to him, and make sure he actually goes potty before they leave. The report cards with updates and photos after each visit give me so much peace of mind.
I’ve only used 30-minute drop-ins so far, but I already feel confident using this service for future travel as well. The online platform is easy to use, stores all communication, and also sends notifications by text and email, and you can reply directly to the texts, which is incredibly convenient. Paying invoices through the platform is simple, too.

I’ve had the pleasure of having this team take care of my dogs. They are all so kind and compassionate and extremely patient. I’ve had a few problems with lock issues and they were nothing but nice and patient about it. They treat my babies like they are their own I cannot recommend this place enough and believe me I try!
Me and my wife brought our dog to the beach without researching if Wrightsville beach was dog friendly. Sure we could of went to another beach but my wife wanted to see the location of her favorite show.

Lyssa is amazing! It’s so rare to find someone who really gets exotic pets—and she absolutely does. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail are unmatched. She took care of my pets like they were her own, and I felt totally at ease the whole time I was away. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. If you need someone you can trust with your animals (exotic or otherwise), Integrity Pet Care is the way to go!
We were so lucky to find Integrity Pet Care. We have a bird who needs medication and she hets the star treatment. Lola always comes home happy and healthy. Getting regular updates while we are away is fun and comforting!
The integrity pet care team is amazing. We are new to the area and finding trusting pet care can always be tricky. The team is very reliable, sends great updates, and takes such good care of our pups. We have a rambunctious 75 pound lab/pit mix and an old, sweet corgi. It takes a special person to love on both babies. We feel very lucky to trust that they are in good hands while we are away.
